Observation of the day...

Everyone here is very very serious about their jobs.  I was in Von's (like a coles) today and at least 10 people asked me if they could help me with anything.  It has lead me to think one of two things: either I am looking really really lost and helpless OR everyone here is just really nice!  I am opting for the second option because the first one is just too unpleasant to contemplate.  xx
